Hello! My name is Ben Beeler. I am a 27-year old filmmaker currently residing in Atlanta, Georgia.
Filmmaking has been a passion of mine ever since I first saw "Jurassic Park" back in the sixth grade, and from that point on I became obsessed with movies! I began to idolize all of Spielberg’s practices, and, as a result, I longed to pursue a career in entertainment.
I’ve never been one to settle for anything, and this is the only path I can see myself on. Storytelling gives me my purpose in life.
I began studying film in 2011 while attending G-Star School of the Arts, a high school located in West Palm Beach, Florida specifically dedicated to the teaching of film, animation, and the performing arts.
During my time here I learned the basics of filmmaking. I would use this knowledge to create many short films. My first being "The Book of Life". This film was a stepping stone for many big things to come as it was the first film credit done under my newly formed production company, TRIdent Artistry, and it helped me to impress my teachers and gain a spot as a director for my school's annual student film.

Interested in checking these films out? They can be found in the Directorial Gallery!

I had a blast working on these films, and I learned so much in the process! I never expected the type of response my first two projects would go on to receive. "The Book of Life" won two awards at local film festivals, and "It's Time" helped me catch the eye of the acting legend Burt Reynolds! Who invited me to his home and awarded me with a collegiate scholarship because he believed in my potential as a filmmaker.

In 2013, two friends and I started a small production company called TRIdent Artistry. It started out as just a name to unite all of our films under, but it quickly turned into something more.
We began doing small music videos, for local artists, and eventually branched out into event videography. It wasn't long before every weekend was filled with a new project. As time went on we continued to grow our portfolio and hone our skills. Slowly we built our brand into what it is today, a very profitable business.
After graduating from G-Star School of the Arts in 2014, with an International Baccalaureate Degree, I immediately went on to pursue a higher filmic education in the University of Central Florida's Film Program. I studied a wide array of topics ranging from Film History to Screenwriting, and was able to learn from industry professionals such as former Universal Pictures Production Manager, Lisa Peterson, and Screenwriter, Barry Sandler (Crimes of Passion, Making Love).
My favorite thing about the UCF Film Program was the ability to learn filmmaking through hands on practice. As a part of my curriculum I was required to personally make four short films throughout the course of my collegiate career, but I decided to go above and beyond that by involving myself in the creation of over thirty projects!
In May of 2017 I graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors of Fine Arts Degree in Film, and I made the move to Atlanta, Georgia to pursue a career in the film industry!
It wasn't long before I was able to make my way onto the set of Legacies Season 1. This would be the first professional television program I would work, but it certainly wouldn't be the last!
Since joining the industry in the Locations Department I have had the opportunity to be a part of over twenty different shows and movies. Some of my credits include:
I am now working my dream job as an Assistant Location Manager for Netflix, and I am excited for my next moves within the industry.
